In firefox/chrome, does anyone know how to hide the encryption URL on the address bar? What is shown on the attached image.
The reason is because when i have a lot of tabs open and the encryption url is so long that it hides the complete address. So when i want to copy the address, i have to specifically full screen the browser just to be able to click the address bar. In the attached image its not too bad, but there are some sites that its so long it consumes the entire location by itself. I would prefer to have it like this forum where it only shows the green lock only.
I was trying to find a plugin, but I am coming up with nothing. Not sure if i am searching the wrong keywords.
