Pyscripter Error

I have been using pyscripter for some time now with out errors. I press "run" and it constantly prints out errors so I change my code, still  more errors. So I close out of Pyscripter and try to open it back up. It won't open?!?!? I try to troubleshoot it. It says open the program and press next. But that's the problem, I can't open the program!!! what do I do?
