Can't Get Random Module! Pls Help!

Hello, everyone, i'm stuck with a problem. For one of my Discord bots, I need to use the random module for a command (pretty simple stuff).
Thing is, I've noticed my Python doesn't have the random libraries installed ?? I've tried to get the random module with pip but this error shows up!

Pycharm does send me an alert that the module random isn't there too

when I type this, Pycharm throws an error "No Module named Random"

I've Also tried using Atom but when I boot up the bot it crashes. Please someone help me getting the random module! ;-;

Sidenote: I've also reinstalled Python in several occassions and this doesn't give me the random module either.

random is a part of Standard Library.
This mean that no installed is needed.

It's not capitalized Random,it's import random
