Installation Trouble

Hi guys having trouble installing python 3.8.1 on win7 64bit.

The gui says I need to make sure sp1 and all applicable updates are installed.

The log file says the following

So I downloaded the update KB2533623 but when I go to install it. It says that the update is not applicable to my machine. So how do I get past this problem...Kind of stuck in this loop.
