problem with complex scenario

ok,for windows 10 64 bit which is the latest python software available to download and install for free?
also would it require to install pycharm and anaconda separately to use it?

not sure whether i have installed correct python or not as there were multiple options available on this link <https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-382/>
so when i clicked on Windows x86-64 executable installer it seems it got installed ,please refer atached screen shot for the same,but i am not sure whether i have installed it correctly or not also there were some other versions as well as shown in screen shot but i have downloaded Windows x86-64 web-based installer,Windows x86-64 embeddable zip file but i did not install it as i was not sure which one is appropriate
so could someone please help to let me know without internet access which one should be best for me considering I am on newers upgraded OS Windows 10 (Pro) 64 bit.

just forgot to attach screen shots for Python 3.8.2 executable installer which i was able to install but not sure if something is missing here considering my upgraded Windows 10(Pro) 64 bit Operating system.
