Pip env not working well

Hello, I am doing a project with some friends and we are using PyCharm with pipenv but in my computer It seems that pipenv is not working well.

What is happening? Maybe is because I have Anaconda installed and there is some conflicts?

Try from Anaconda prompt,this mean that Anaconda is active.
You will see (base).
If i not use Anaconda prompt,eg cmder i will activate base first.
