Debugger Disabled

I am new to Thonny and have just installed Thonny IDE version 3.2.7 on my WIndowss 10 PC to learn Python programming.
I notice that the Debugger icon is disabled and I could not find any way to enable the Debugger.
I can save, reload and run the python scripts without any problem but just could not activate the debugger icon.
Please advise how I can enabled back the debugger icon.

I just found out that in Thonny Tools+Interpreter, when I select the default Interpreter, the Debugger is enabled back.
But when I select MicroPython (generic). the Debugger is disabled.
Does it mean that the Debugger is not supported for MicroPython ?
