Hi everyone,

It would fall under discussions so it would go under News and Discussions
General is for questions pertaining to code. If it does not have code, then it falls under the category "discussion" and tutorials are for existing tutorials, not questions about tutorials. The tutorials forum is mainly read only anyways. Having said that our tutorials section does have a list of resources including tutorial books and online tutorials.
