hello guys i want to build a software for changing file formats i dont knnow how to go about it please i need your help suggestion and if there is any package i can use pleaseyour contribution is highly needed

Thats is not a lot to go on, what file format do you want to change into what other file format.
What have you tried so far and how much python do you know ?
