Telegram bot - Problem with proxies and web server

Hi everybody I want to use this script https://github.com/attakercyebr/TelegramView-hack4lx-V2 but if I try to start it i have only a lot of errors.
I think that I have it because I don't use a private proxy and a web server. Did you never have a problem like mine? Can you help me?
