code needs a border and line numbers

when i do [ code ] or [ python ] or click the blue-yellow snake button, i would get the code that follows outlined, line numbered, and in another background color. at least we are getting a fixed space font.

Have you looked at this New Theme for all users.
Down in right corner choose Light or Dark Theme,then line number and code syntax highlight works.
