using xmp toolkit

I have downloaded and installed the xmp toolkit. But while using it, it gave the exempi error. I downloaded the exempi library too.

But the exempi folder does not have an installer file so I am unable to install it or add to Python for the xmp-toolkit to access it.

Can you help with what should I do so that I can start using the XMP-toolkit.

Note : I have seen some codes online but they are written in Linux probably and for Mac OS (I am using anaconda and windows and the Jupiter as the editor)
