Not sure if this is the right forum category for this. It seems that mostly these forums are about coding. In our company we have Python installed on many PCs and now there is a vulnerability reported and we need to patch them. But if i remotely send python-x.x.x-amd64.exe package to them, it only updates the Launcher part. Which is the only part installed with admin permissions. The other part is usually installed into user's AppData and it is not being updated when Launcher updates. Anyone knows of a way to update this part also remotely?
Also, how does a user update this user part other than running the full new installer on top? Is there any command to check for updates which will make it pull the latest user part?
