where is user cp button???

can't find the "user cp" that is the control panel. Nothing in the upper left corner, as the help says, looks like that. I want to verify that my email address is correct in case I get a response to my question.

the help docs have to be updated as it is regardig the layout of the old theme. Hit your name in the top right, and go down to User Control Panel.

Which help doc was this by the way....so we can update it?
