Derivative function

def sens_coef(self, U_err, I_sd, I_err, I_dig):
        U_err, I_sd, I_err, I_dig = sym.symbols('U_err I_sd I_err I_dig')
        R = (U_err)/(I_sd + I_err + I_dig) 
        self.k1 = sym.diff(R, U_err)
        self.k2 = sym.diff(R, I_sd)
        self.k3 = sym.diff(R, I_err)
        self.k4 =sym.diff(R, I_dig)

        return self.k1, self.k2, self.k3, self.k4
I have this function and need to derivative that. How I can outnumbers in this function and calculate this?
