PSF licence

Hi.

I have problem with understanding of PSF licence conditional. I'd like to use MatPlotLib. On their website there is written that:

Matplotlib only uses BSD compatible code, and its license is based on the PSF license.

Does it mean that I can use it at my commercial website for free?
