OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'uploads\\scan-Admin-Admin-12:06:2021-21:31:02.jpeg'

I am getting this error any help will be appreciated.

This is my code:
app = Flask(__name__)
UPLOADS_FOLDER = r'static\uploads'
app.config['UPLOADS_FOLDER'] = UPLOADS_FOLDER
