I need Turkish Text Summarization (I need roadmap)

Hi my friends,

I need Turkish text summarization, i looked on the web but i think all of them English. But i need Turkish. How can i handle this?
I am so new in python but everyday i am learning something in python. So how can i make Turkish text summarization library or any editing language library in python?
I need your advices.

The text2text package appears to do this.
I haven't first hand knowledge, so you'll have to determine it's usefulness.

install (from command line): pip install -q -U text2text
