searching for IBM

The forum software will not let me search for IBM. Has there been any discussion of using IBM Cloud as a host? Okay, well IBM Cloud was previously BlueMix and there are a few threads for that but I think none of them are about hosting.

We have MySQL fulltext searching enable,then have a minimum 4 length.
Fulltext searching is more powerful than the standard MyBB searching and quicker too,
but for safety reason will not go down now on recommend minimum 4 for fulltext searching.
