Sample labels from excel file in order to put them on x-axis and y-axis of a plot

Many years ago, I worked in spectra-chemical engineering, and did a lot of plotting.
These days, not so much, so I'm not the best one for that question.

Ok, I have done some progress... Any idea why do I get the the irrelevant "lines" between the measurements on my plot?
