Form Results onto Page

Looking for advice. Would like to make a series of accounts on a based system, where users can input their data on a form and this would be displayed beautifully on a resume page. I would like users to log into their own account, input their own details for their own account. I can't get the fields to connect quick enough.

There's quite a bit of code there. You're going to need to be more specific about what isn't working or what you're having difficulty with.
