ESPtools... how to install?

Hi,
Newbie here to Python and can't find simple COMPLETE instructions for installation, etc.

I was able to install Python on my Win10 PC, but that's it. Trying to install ESPTools, but the google results don't provide any help. Frankly, I don't even know where to type any of the commands.

Can someone help me with a reference or clear set of STEP BY STEP instructions to install esptools?

Do you refer to https://pypi.org/project/esptool/ ?
