Suggestions for coding of multiple commands

Hi, I use a program as a downloader, however I have to enter each URL every time. Can anyone suggest a way to use either a text/bat/SQL code so that when the current download finishes, the next URL in line will automatically enter in the command line and download? I would REALLY appreciate the help. I've been searching for a solution for a while but so far unsuccessfully. If you need any more info, please let me know. Thank you everyone!

I really don't understand how one can search for something like this for a while unsuccessfully.
If you have URLs stored in a file or DB, start from there and how to read from that source.

I think it's because I don't know exactly the terms to search. I keep searching for something along the lines of "how to automatically insert command after current command finishes" and related terms. I don't have the relevant knowledge to create a database in this situation, so asking people who know more than me is a pretty logical step. This is a screenshot of the prompt. You enter the URL, hit enter. The second screenshot is while it downloads, then returns to the same prompt for a new URL when it's done. Thank you so much for the help!
