Just delete the folder the
C:\Python310
,it's no problem at all.
That there some tracers in registry is no problem,can run registry cleaner like in CCleaner,but not needed at all.
Windows see Python trough
windows environment path, so that may bee to change to Pythonn 3.11.

can be used to find/run all verisons,i have some as you see.
