Hello, I am new to the forum. What is a simple program I can download to my PC that allows me to code in one window and view the result of that code in the window next to it? Thank you in advanced to anyone that can help me.

Hi,
You can download Pythonwin along with Python, right click the py or pyw file and choose edit with Pythonwin. It does have 2 windows one for the file and one for the output.

There is free version of PyCharm(Community edition).
