Trouble with installing python

I have a trouble with install python , i have windows 10 and two of my friends has 11 i can install it normally but when my friends trying nothing works , we install and uninstall it many times but nothing helped , intepreter and even pip command are doesent working on my friends computers but in mine it works very well , i need help with that

How did you intall? Did you use an installer from https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/
What version did you try to install? Did you pick the right version for your hardware (ARM/AMD)? More details please.
