brand new to python. have not even downloaded it yet. I want to manually input data for horses entered in a horse race. the information needed is
1. date of todays race
2. distance of todays race
3. name of horse 1
4. date of race 1
5. dist of race
6. first call time
7. second call time
8. final time
and then rotate thru date of race 2 and race 3 etc. then horse 2 and so on and then save to excel
I spoke with someone familiar with python and they suggested the tools I would need are Panda for working with data and csv files. Numpy for calculations and streamlit for user interface and report. they suggested downloading anaconda. I'm looking for direction right now but I would love someone out there to that has the time and wants to get paid to teach.
