Hi all,
I have a few complex geometries but for the sake of simplicity lets assume they are random branches of trees (no trunk or leaves) and the branches are of different sizes and directions.
Is there a way to automatically calculate the diameter of these branches? knowing that each branch changes in size as well.
I was thinking of getting a binary 2D image from different cross-sections of the STL file and then using poreSPY to calculate the diameters but i couldn't figure out how to get a binary image from a cross-section.
I would appreciate your help!
Cheers
