Is there any website where we can code Python online and where we can also save files\project (something similar to Rstudio https://login.rstudio.cloud/login?redirect=%2F)

Well if you know github then this is the best option like not just python you can use any language and code and save your folder by creating repository and using codespace to code but if you are not familiar with that you can use replit best and easy option .

If you have a Google account then Google Colab works pretty well. Can save projects, even use GPU/TPU. Uses notebook (Jupyter) format.
