creating a blog, models.py is empty

I'm creating a blog based on Antonio Mele course Packhub course - create a python blog. Wondering why the models.py file is empty instead off Mele version ?
What command do I use to genereate the correct models.py to continue the lessons

i start with to generate the startfiles to build a blog

python manage.py startapp blog

C:\Windows\System32\mysite\blog>ls
__init__.py admin.py migrations models.py tests.py views.py

opening file models.py

from django.db import models is 

# Create your models here.

It should be empty,you have to fill in database setup for the blog in models.py.
They course do of course have a part for what should be in models.py.
