Script from flowchart

Hello. Could someone write a script according to this flowchart?
The script should be written exacly as shown in flowchart even if you know easer, faster and better way to do this,
and with names of variables or functions kept the same as names in flowchart.
Help with some explaenation would be much appreciate because I completely don't know how to do this. I only manage to write first 3 lines of this code.

I forgot to add that this is simple sorting script you have bunch of numbers in list and in the end result those numbers should be sorted from lowest value to highest.
