Need help GUI programming

Apart from Tkinter, which python module can help me program GUI. i want an application that can function like visual studio where i drag and drop the design and the code is generated automatically. Using
tkinter, i have to code every design which is very tedious and confusing because i am a beginner(no coding background) and i am teaching myself to program.
Any other suggestion is greatly welcome.....
