Can I block it using the PID and VID on USB in Python?

I am going to create a pc security program.
The OS is Windows 10 and is intended to be created using Python's pywin32 library.
USB connected to a PC can be coded to search over the Internet.
I want to disconnect the selected USB.
I searched the Internet, and they said I should use drivers
Can I disconnect USB using Python?
