Hello,

Something (i suspect the images) in snippsat's tutorials:

https://python-forum.io/Thread-PyGtk3-No...on-Windows
https://python-forum.io/Thread-Basic-Par...nt-Windows
https://python-forum.io/Thread-PyGtk3-No...on-Windows

is causing them to remain in my unread posts link after I have read them, even after logout and log back in
Im assuming you cleared them as read since the last posted date or last edited date?

Try "mark all threads read" link in the unread threads list, refresh, then repeat again once more

I would also move this to board in case reg users have the same issue in the future and they get a  fix of whatever resolves it
(Moved to board since this thread was short and no one said anything admin/mod-specific.)

This issue has been driving me nuts as well. Haven't tried to look into it or anything.
Marking all as read fixed it. Still kinda annoying, but a pretty manageable workaround.

I can live with that
i wonder if i dont ever have this problem because i always use "mark all as read" link when i go through and read unread posts. I dont usually rely on the side buttons. But i never have had a problem. The only time i have ever noticed anything that seemed odd was when i mark my thread read, and then someone simultaneously edits a post, and it shows up as unread. But that is what should happen.

What are you guys doing to make them unread after reading them? Just reading them and still showing as unread, or clicking the side python button to mark them read?
I have been trying to use the other methods to mark threads read...such as the python symbol and actually going into the thread. I cant seem to replicate this problem at all.
I haven't replicated it since, it seems non-deterministic at this point.
Just happened to me. With https://python-forum.io/Thread-Writting-...nto-a-file. I had to 'mark this forum as read' to fix it

What exactly happened initially? The link i think is useless, as it must be happening on a per user basis. I mean did you read it and it still be in unread? Did you click the python icon and it not remove color? What exactly happened?
