looks wrong to me

it creates this string

Output:
+ '"' + "D:/Python/PyEncrypt 2.0/" + filename + '"' + .decrypt.py

that can not be a path, and you are using 2 files (filename and decrypt.py)


"D:/Python/PyEncrypt 2.0/" + filename

or

"'D:/Python/PyEncrypt 2.0/" + filename + "'"
