you should be able to install the latest version of pygame and tkinter. just make sure that you install the 32 bit versions.

Im not aware of a French forum. I believe there are some people here that speak French. But i cant remember who they were.
pip install pygame should do that for you and tkinter and pip should come with python 3.4.0 i believe. Check here for more instructions on installation
