Honestly, I just started but I use Xcode.
I'd recommend VSCode which if you use other platforms will as well, runs on windows, Linux or Mac

Does anyone recommend PyCharm or Atom?

PyCharm is very good. I used it for years, I tried VSCode, and liked it better.
Atom has been liked by quite a few on the forum with positive feedback. I only recommend VSCode after using several others. IDE's are a personal thing, and you should always use what's good for you. |
