[Tkinter] installing 3rd party ttk themes

What steps do I follow to add 3rd party ttk themes under Python 3? I'm working on a Raspberry Pi 3 running Raspbian Stretch. I've been digging for two weeks on the internet, and I've found a few sites with collections of themes, but there aren't good instructions for installing them or configuring Python to recognize them.

Sorry, that's not an answer to my question. I am specifically asking how to add third-party themes which can be found on the internet. I want to have more than the four default themes available to my applications.

What have you tried?
have you used pip?
which theme are you trying to use?
show the steps or errors you have used...
in terminal:

python3 -m pip install git+https://github.com/RedFantom/ttkthemes

[snippsat]

ttkthemes 2.3.0

pip install ttkthemes

Is you pip3 -V pointing to Python 3.
Then is:

pip3 install ttkthemes
