So, I'm taking part in an ML internship. And as a beginner, we were asked to define how to use machine learning and artificial intelligence to predict, review, and modify the behavioral patterns of consumers that are using a hospitality platform like Timbu
I'd like to get someone who can point me in the right direction.

This question seems broad / niche enough that I'm not sure you'll get a satisfactory answer here. If you could at least give the assignment a try, we might be able to provide more useful feedback.
