I did a set of courses through Coursera including an IBM certificate course series, supplemented by several books available on the subject. Depends on your learning style.

There are a LOT of machine learning and deep learning sources to study out there. I like to check out uses while I'm learning so I can really get into the subject and see its practical uses right away. It motivates me to keep learning. I've been cheking out the machine learning use cases on this site here lately--they've been uploading several times a week, so there should be more content there to keep you motivated for a while: https://www.data-hunters.com/

You have a quite lot of platforms where you can start and extend your Knowledge & Skills to a greater extent.
Personally, I would suggest you to start with DataCamp platform

Happy Learning !!
