Installation Error:Tribon conflicted with Python3.8?

I tried go into Python installed routine and running "pip -V", still not working. As below:

What do mean bye "Python installed routine"?
You most do this from cmd.

Yes, in this python installed directory and running with "cmd".

Dear snippsat:

I tried another way that python3.8 can run well. That was:
-Removed "PYTHONPATH" from my environment variable;
-Running python3.8 and IDLE, running well.
-Tribon's secondary development software can not be started.

When I added “PYTHONPATH” into environment variable. Tribon running well, but python3.8 can not be running.

So, Is there any idea for running Tribon and python3.8 well?
