Sounds good to me. How about another one for "getting started" or "python basics" or something as well?
I think is good to keep sub thread(can become ghost thread) as low as possible,
but i see tutorial sub thread as something that can make it more clear where to post. As a example i have post my web-development tutorial in "Web Development" thread. I mean the fit most in there. Now metulburr has post his Pygame tutorial in "Tutorial" thread. Fit there, but could maybe have fit better under a "Game Development" --> "Tutorial" thread. So a create a sub thread(Tutorial) under GUI, Gaming, Networking, and Web. Had solved this.

So only we (team members) would have to know where to post them. Quote:As a example i have post my web-development tutorial in "Web Development" thread.I like this. I think the more tutorials we end up creating the more confusing it would get to have them all in one forum. If all sub forums are just tutorials for their parent forum, then i think it would make more sense...and more organized. Wr could try ir and see....if we dont like it we can always reverse.

I assume your doing this as there is a new tutorial sub forum for web.
Its kind of redundant to have web development tutorials web developmentIt would seem obvious to just have web development tutorialsif every other one had one too.

I have set up a test here,so that we know we are talking about the same thing.
Here i made a sub thread "Tutorial-Web-Development" and moved my tutorial thread under it. |
