No module named 'Tkinter'

Oh almost forgot, it should help you to install the 32bit version. When freezing a program to exe, the 32bit will work for both 32 and 64 bit versions of windows, while the 64bit version will export 64bit exe thus it will not be compatible with 32bit Windows. (Sorry if it's a bit confusing)

Even when I did all the steps CMD is giving me the answer: "C:\Users\Αλέκος Βαγιώνης\venv\Scripts>pip install tkinter

You shall not install tkinter,on Windows Python versions it's always build in.
Now you are running from venv virtual environment,do you know how this works?

I think you should look at Python3.8 (3.6-3.7) and pip installation under Windows.
The basic command that most work in cmd if use Python 3.7:

Ive managed it to accept the "tkinter" module, the problem seems to be that it is running on a case sensitive mismatch which is produced by the filesystem, Im starting a thread on it
