There are a LOT of machine learning and deep learning sources to study out there. I like to check out uses while I'm learning so I can really get into the subject and see its practical uses right away. It motivates me to keep learning. You have a quite lot of platforms where you can start and extend your Knowledge & Skills to a greater extent.
Personally, I would suggest you to start with DataCamp platform
