20 replies on the forum. Moreover, if you post more your title
changes with that like Not Blown Up Yet after 50 posts.

Help User Titles

With being under 1000 posts count, you are not able to change these at all.
The default user titles theme comes from Monty Python, thus where Python the language's name came from.
We do not plan to change the user titles.

So a long time before you can change.

You should have checked the link posted by @snippsat

The user title is assigned to users based on post count. When a user gets above 1000 posts.
They may be able to assign their own title or use the default titles.
With being under 1000 posts count, you are not able to change these at all.

Don't do that. This will be considered spam most of the time. So REALLY don't do that
