Spyder stopped working in Windows 10
#1
It seems that Spyder got somehow blocked by Windows 10 after some update. I don't find a tick in Windows Defender that would be specific to Spyder, however. When I start Spyder, it appears only for a second and then disappears. I updated to version 5 but the problem remains.

Any hints to solve this?

Or if it is not Windows Defender what else could make Spyder suddenly act like this? Is there a log for example where I could see more info?

You can consult the event logs. Start the event viewer with the command: "eventvwr".

Uninstall then reinstall. For the uninstall part recommend something that will get rid of references in the registry, like Revo Uninstaller.
