Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project that requires both data acquisition and equipment control. One of the key components I need to interface with is EZCAD—the software often used for controlling fiber laser systems. I’m considering using Python for this project but I’m not sure if it has the right libraries or tools for communicating with or controlling EZCAD, Handling data acquisition from sensors, and real-time logging and control of equipment
Has anyone had experience using Python to interface with EZCAD, either through its SDK or by other means like virtual ports or automation tools? Also, any suggestions for Python libraries for DAQ and device control would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance for any advice or examples!
