In the Python Coding forum there are sub-forums for GUI, Game Development, Networking, Web Development. Since Python is one of the main languages used in Data Science and Machine Learning, why not create a sub-forum on those topics? People could discuss the use of numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and other libraries.
